Description
Roger, bishop-elect of St Andrews, at the presentation of James of Perth, has given and granted, and made firm by the present charter to Geoffrey of Perth, his clerk and sworn man, the church of Rossie with all its rightful appurtenances in pure and perpetual alms. He wishes and firmly orders that Geoffrey shall hold and possess that church as freely, quietly and honourably as any parson in the whole diocese. Reserving episcopal right.
