Arnold, bishop of St Andrews, announces that, with his consent and advice, Archdeacon Matthew has given to St Andrews Cathedral Priory Rossie (PER) and church of that villa. This donation the bishop has established and he gives revenues which belong to bishop. He also grants chapel of Fowlis Easter (ANG).
