Description
Thurstan, archbishop of York, notifies that he has, at request of David, king of Scots, consecrated Robert as bishop of St Andrews, without profession and obedience, saving complaint of church of York and just right of church of St Andrews; if an archbishop of York wishes to speak of his complaint, king will afford him full justice where it shall be owed.
