Description
David, king of Scots, noting that his beloved relative William, earl of Douglas, in the presence of the king and many nobles of the realm at Edinburgh, resigned and gave and donated to the late Mary Douglas, daughter and heir of the late William Douglas, all the lands which he has in the barony of Dalkeith (MLO), renouncing expressly any right or claim which he had.
