Alexander, king of Scots, for Friars Preachers of Inverness; has granted a highway, lying in length from River Ness to land that abbot and convent of Arbroath conferred to them, and across, between churchyard of parish church and wall of said Friars and island of royal land lying on north side of Friars on south side of River Ness; with a fishery included with said road at Scurry (Inverness)
