Description
Robert, king of Scots, to his sheriff and baillies of Perth, noting that he wills them to reserve the Loch of Blair (PER) in their bailliary for his own use for his arrivals at Scone; he commands and instructs them to prevent anyone from fishing in the said loch unless it be for the uses of Scone abbey.
