Walter of Haddington, Master

Biography
Watt, Graduates, 247: Walter's surname derives from Haddington (ELO), though he only appears as Master in a Durham context during the time of Priors German (1162-1189) and Bertram (1189-1212). He was beneficed in the dioceses of Durham and Yorkshire. Walter also had a daughter, Agnes, to whom he gave lands in Elvet, near Durham.
