Archibald, bishop of Moray (d.1298)

Biography
Watt and Murray, Fasti, 279, 284: Archibald occurs on 4 February and 20 March 1249 as dean of Moray and was probably the same that was elected bishop of Moray, consecrated in 1253, and who appears as bishop on 22 November 1253. He might have still been bishop-elect, though, after Gamelin moved from chancellor of Moray to bishop of St Andrews, which was authorised by the pope on 1 July 1255. He died on 9 December 1298.
