Biography
Watt, Graduates, 476: Robert appears as Master in 1195-96, on 6 June 1196, in March × July 1199 and again 1198×1202. He might be, with Simon of St Andrews, q.v., illegitimate sons of Bishop Roger of St Andrews, and adopted the name of his see from 1189 onwards. He was also a papal judge.
