Guy Balliol (d.1265)

Biography
Guy Balliol was the eldest son of Henry Balliol, chamberlain of Scotland (d.1246) and his wife, Lora, daughter of William de Valognes of Panmure. He had two younger brothers, Alexander (d.c.1311), also chamberlain, and William, a clerk. He was killed on 4 August 1265, fighting with Simon de Montfort at the Battle of Evesham. A.
