St. Andrew extended on his cross; above is a canopy with the Agnus dei in a niche, from it issues a hand placing a crown on his head; beneath, under a pointed gable, is the bishop with mitre, kneeling to sinister, and holding a crozier between his uplifted hands; on dexter is a ringed salmon hauriant and a star of six points ; on sinister is a hand of blessing, a crescent and a bird. Beneath under a pointed gable the bishop, with mitre and crozier, praying to sinister.
